Do you accept returns and exchanges?

All sales are FINAL, with the exception of misprinted/damaged/defective items.

 

How long does it take to ship out my order?

Since all orders are made to order for each customer, fulfillment can typically take an average of 2-7 business days to ship out. Peak holiday season can cause some orders to take the full 7 business day fulfillment process, so just keep that in mind. Shipping time between our location and yours can range between 2-7 business days

 

What should I do if my order arrives misprinted/damaged/defective?

Email us at SomeGoodHops@gmail.com. Though this is a rare occurrence, it can happen in the process of printing/shipping. Provide us with as much information as possible, including unique details to your situation and photos of the item(s).

 

Can I return an item that doesn't fit, or if I just changed my mind?

Unfortunately, you cannot. Since ALL orders are specially made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or mistakenly ordered items.

 

Since there are no returns for wrong size, what is the best way to choose my shirt size before I checkout?

Each shirt design includes a sizing chart for that particular style. All shirts FIT TO FORM. So if you prefer a loose fit, we suggest you SIZE UP.

What happens if a package isn't delivered to me, but the tracking shows that it has?

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can look into the situation. In most instances, the package was delivered to a similar address or a nearby location. We highly recommend reaching out to the courier, provide them with your tracking number, and ask them for more details. Occasionally, they can search the GPS location of the delivery person's scanner whenever your package was scanned. Many lost packages have been redelivered to the original recipient by completing this process. If you have attempted this process, and still have not been able to track down your package, please contact us at SomeGoodHops@gmail.com so we can further assist you.

 

I'm tracking my order, but there's no status change. What should I do?

We ask all customers show reasonable patience when awaiting the arrival of their package. Packages can sometimes skip a status change, but can still be on their way to you. If a package has not shown any new status information for an unusual amount of business days, your package could have been lost by the courier. If you feel your package was lost while in transit to your location, please contact us at SomeGoodHops@gmail.com so we can further assist you.

 

Do you carry stock of all your items?

We typically don't. Most, if not all of our items are made to order just for you.

 

Why was my card declined?

Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card. If you still feel as though all your information was entered correctly, try again or contact your payment provider.

Do you process orders on the weekend?

Though we try our best to work extra hard to get your orders out to you, we tend to process orders on business days (Monday thru Friday).
