Return Policy


*** Please allow at least 48 hours for a response from us. Thank you.***

1 - All sales are FINAL, with few exceptions (Please see #2). We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for wrong orders being placed. Examples of wrong orders are, but not limited to: wrong size, item, color, etc. Size exchanges are not offered.

2 - Exception(s) where only refunds/exchanges are granted:
a) Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, and decided on a REFUND, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within the 2-7 business days. If you choose an EXCHANGE, then an identical replacement item will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
b) If your order is misprinted/damaged/defective, and are shipping it back to be refunded or exchanged, we suggest using a delivery service that provides you with a tracking number and gives the option to include insurance.


3 - All applicable returns must be verified prior to you making the return shipment as we offer different return solutions depending on the nature of the return and our goal is to always make sure you are happy. Please contact somegoodhops@gmail.com to find out the best way to handle your return. We also appreciate PHOTOS of the item if it is misprinted/damaged/defective.

3 - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

4 - WRONG ADDRESS - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. We suggest all customer visit USPS to verify your shipping address before placing an order.

5 -UNCLAIMED ORDERS - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

6 - LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, and check with them because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at somegoodhops@gmail.com.

7 - EXCHANGES (if applicable): We only replace items if they are misprinted/defective/damaged. ALL exchanges are for the EXACT design and size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at somegoodhops@gmail.com and send your item to:

8 - Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
